Shut your eyes and listen to the colours of your mind - Easy Answers

The images I've seen lately under hypnosis are far more beautiful than anything I thought possible to imagine. An interesting form of therapy. A total stranger taps into your subconscious. Emotionally draining, healing to the open mind, welcoming change for the better, enlightenment. Odd how we need to be taught to listen to ourselves.

wow & you remember everything that happens during hypnosis?

i've been doing this weird relaxing thing while i sleep. this may sound awkward, but sometimes i pretend i'm a dolphin & i found myself smiling underwater as i looked at the suns reflections. i just imagine dolphins smile a lot. tonight i saw the most awesome blue under the water.

what you wrote reminded me of those 2 things. tapping into something beautiful in ourselves. i hope you will share more as you experience more & i wish you serenity, as i wish for myself.

peace

Why is that? Why do we have to be taught to listen to ourselves? Hm, good food for thought.

I did a form of therapy that incorporated hypnosis, it was so amazingly helpful. We could go deep and deal with stuff that might take years to come up in talk therapy. It made a huge difference in my life.

Wow Helen! That's exactly how I feel when I smoke those funny cigs. No, really!

I sometimes wonder if my dreams are a form of hypnosis for myself. I was brought up to listen to your dreams and hear what you were seeing and feeling. For me it's like having another day in the night, with experiances and memories. :)
