Some folks trust to reason, others trust to might - Playin' in the Band

Above all other things, we have to learn to trust ourselves. I am learning this more and more each day. I must trust my instincts, my intuition.
Find, learn, listen.
Search, hear, understand.
Expplore, open my mind, grow.

Me too. Although I like the word believe more then trust. Trust feels like it comes with to much pressure.

Any way, your post made me smile.

I hope things are good with you Helen,

I used to be really good at disregarding my instincts, because I thought they were just voices of insecurity. Then I learned through hard lessons that they were just trying to steer me to where I could thrive. Good luck!

what we call instinct is the genetic memory of a specie, intuitive reactions are the answers
to problems, dangers and situations the previous generations
had to cope with,it happened before
millions of times and that memory is now part of the nervous system it makes the present and future generation react swiftly to those
