I used to be really good at disregarding my instincts, because I thought they were just voices of insecurity. Then I learned through hard lessons that they were just trying to steer me to where I could thrive. Good luck!

what we call instinct is the genetic memory of a specie, intuitive reactions are the answers
to problems, dangers and situations the previous generations
had to cope with,it happened before
millions of times and that memory is now part of the nervous system it makes the present and future generation react swiftly to those
situations.
I actually did the outward bound experience. Doing what is pictured was probably the most difficult thing. I had to trust those bastards...lol. They didn't drop me.
