How little grace is earned and how much is given - Book of Daniel
Eight hours a day, five days a week. An average work week, I suppose.
I work in customer service.
How may I help you?
Most people call with their gloves on. Problems, concerns, complaints. It is my job to be kind. Paid to be kind. Unsolicated acts of kindness not un-noticed. With that, I thank Ezine Writer for my new header. It's beautiful.
And it was so very kind.

I doubt you get the credit you deserve for your hard work.
The banner is nice, and again, your little picture is beautiful.
Sometimes I feel bad about the way I've treated Customer Service folks. When I'm trying to get something resolved and am focused on my needs, it's easy to become insentive. May your day tomorrow be filled graceful clients.
Kicking header banner.
Yup. Definitely like the new header. Not too flashy, but it fits right in.
This is an absolutely gorgeous blog! The header is stunning and the use of icons is effective and well-placed. As far as the Dead references go, what can I say - beautiful! Just stunning...
Yeah Customer Service people get the short end of the stick alright...I'm in user support, which isn't much better. People will email me saying "My machine's broken and it's all your fault - so fix it!" without providing any specifics. Where have I hidden my mantra again?
They have their boxing gloves on and you have your kid gloves on!
Well done for doing it. Can't be fun.
Ugh. Being kind to some people is awfually hard...it never pays enough.
I wish I had gotten you on the phone the other day, Helen, guaranteed the result would have been different!
Keep up the good work - the world needs people like you in that field.
Unsolicited acts of kindness have a way of spreading out in ever-expanding circles. You can't predict how far out they'll go.
BTW nice new header. I especially like the gyrating little cube.
Shine on me baby; "Cuz It's raining in my heart"! (Elliott Smith)
Lovely little blog. :-) (I found you from a comment link over at Coerodeus' blog). Mind if I link your up on mine?
Definitely a great banner,kudos..
wow...Helen...ezine did it up grand for your header. I have never seen a better header in all of the 26,792,941 blogs I have visited.
Really nice.....
Catch you around.....
Cool new header and so kind of ezine! :) To be in your line of work, requires rare qualities. Hope your weekend is going well.
