You can't close the door when the wall's caved in

I have never been one for building walls. A lot of people do it to protect themselves from being hurt and I respect that, try not to break them down. I prefer to put it out there and take the risk of being hurt. I have never had a painful experience that hasn't given me the opportunity for personal growth. Embrace the pain. So here I am, vulnerable but not defenseless, exposed and unashamed, willing to grow.

That is a really healthy attitude. I admire you for it, but I find it hard to not hide within my walls at times...

Excellent writing and I like the drawing too. I could easily be fooled by a door like that. Kaboom. Astrid on the floor. It happens all the time, but I am still happy! Hehe .. Giggles and grins, Astrid.

Bravo....when someone puts up a wall now i tell them and i give them the choice to take it down or leave it up.....often times it comes down right away now that I am wiser....it seems like the right thing for me for I have looked at clouds from both sides now....
