Wave that flag, wave it wide and high - US Blues

Today, on this fourth of July, I celebrate and embrace my independence. While I have many times taken it for granted, I have decided that this is the day that I make it mean more to me than it ever has before. I give myself personal freedom. I have lacked the courage and conviction to succeed so many times in the past. I give myself freedom from the ball and chain of smoking. Yes. Today, I celebrate.

Congratulations, that's a huge step. It'll be tough at first, I was an absolute bear(and not of the dancing variety either) for a while when I quit but I'm going on five years now, if I did it you can too.
